Halflings dedicate their lives to farming. They pride themselves on their culinary achievements. They are short and tend toward the rotund. They prefer to live near rivers for irrigation and silt access. They were cast out of the realm of Par for the sin of territoriality, enclosing the agricultural lands from each other. After being placed on a grassy plane, the halflings, under the reluctant leadership of Farmer Ormo, set about rebuilding their homes and farms. They appear to be taking the transition relatively well.
This currency is made of fine leather in rectangles bearing the stamped images of different foods they can be exchanged for.

Grocer - officially run by Tess, you’re unlikely to see her unless you have a specific inquiry as to stock.
Magic Shop - run by Ophie, primarily sells magic containers; leave items to be enchanted.
Mayor’s Office - this is where Ormo can be found when he’s not at his farm.
Public House - run by Paula and her family, serves food and alcohol, for the time being all beds for rent are small.
