Commontly called The Foul, this is where the city's sewers collect and are emptied into the bay. As such, there are no dwellings in this district. Feruza can be found in the administration office during the day.
The largest district, The Docks holds goods waiting to be shipped out of the city. Arda can be found here during the day. Bel can be found skipping stones here after dark.
Watchhome is the home of the city watch, as well as where court cases are tried. Xanthe can be found here in the office of the city notary. Scarlet can be found in the city armory. Xanthe and Yinna share a home a short way away.
The Temple District is popular among the citizenry and is home to the city clergy. Midori keeps a home in the temple district undercity near the Undertaker's Guild. Teofania can be found here minding her shrine after dark.
